Main Description

15 year old boy with left flank pain in recent months. 
Ultrasound revealed horseshoe kidney with left moderate hydronephrosis. 
Isotope scan confirmed obstruction at left UPJ.
Laparoscopic Y-V plasty for repair of this condition done.
