Summary

Right S-type retrocaval ureter corrected by repositioning of the ureter by means of laparoscopy.

Main Description

The patient is a 12 year old boy with history of right flank pain and right hydronephrosis in ultrasound. IVU reveals a typical S-shaped deformity secondary to retrocaval course of right ureter. Laparoscopic pyelopyelostomy was performed with relocating the ureter.
