Adrenal mass in a woman with hypertension

Summary

Patient was a 46 Y/O woman with hypertension. Serum aldosteron level was 268 ng/dl(NL<180).MRI showed a mass in left adrenal with 8 mm diameter.

MRI

MRI revealed 8 mm mass in left adrenal gland.

Surgical procedure

Finally patient underwent left laparoscopic adrenalectomy and final pathology report was conn's adenoma.
