The case is a 52-year old woman who had dull abdominal pain preferably in left side for several months without nausea or vomiting and did not have a prior history of urinary tract disease or neurologic events. The laboratory tests were normal. Computed tomography demonstrated left (6.5×7cm) and right (1×2.5cm ) well outlined adrenal masses containing fat density. MRI, the masses demonstrated high signal intensity on both T1 and T2-weighted images and fat suppression on fat-suppressed images.
